and all the carbon we emit the trees turn it straight into oxygen.
Non-sense. The Carbon we emit from burning fossil fuels and gasoline is contaminated. It's kind of like saying that if trees started producing Oxygen + Mustard gas we'd be fine because we only need the oxygen. _

right but all that carbon got taken from the atmosphere by plant life, which then decomposed and turned into fossil fuels. which we now burn and turn back to carbon.
and something I was watching stated that fossil fuel emissions were about 3% of the generated atmospheric carbon. volcanoes/animal life generate far more massive amounts.
anyone that is selling "green" stuff, or carbon credits is just trying to make a quick buck off of you.
see penn and teller bullshit, season 6, episode 6.
It's not the same Carbon, period. The carbon the plants use is the one animals produce and we don't produce thick clouds of smoke every time we breath. It's like putting a fish inside a tank of dirty water and expecting it to live. _

I've seen that happen actually. Those Chinese fighting fish are really adaptable it seems.
That's because Betas don't breathe water, they breathe air. Try putting a Beta next to a smokey fire and see what happens
They use both, actually, but can resort to using it's lungs in case the water is contaminated or the pH is too low/high. _

Didn't the only lander they sent there get fried a couple of minutes after it landed? |
